I will have to employ a software operator. My expenses will go up.

It is not at all compulsory to employ a software operator. As you become familiar with the software it becomes even faster to sale an item in the software as compared to time required for manual calculation and billing. But we will surely recommend an operator cum salesman if there is heavy flow at your shop.

If I am using your online software then all my data will be stored at your end. You can illegally make use of my data.

We at Solitaire ERP follow all latest security measures to protect your data like

  • Compulsory logging into the system through username and password.
  • Optional OTP based authentication on every login.
  • HTTPS secured protocol for web URL's.

We also have offline version of our software that can be installed on your premises if at all you want a locally available software.

Is internet connection compulsory for using the software?

Solitaire ERP provides two different version of software's

  • Online cloud based software.
  • Offline LAN Based/On premise software.

Yes, if you are using online software then internet connection is compulsory but if your premises does not have a steady or continuous internet connection then you may opt for offline software.

What are your annual maintenance charges?

Currently, the online software purchased on subscription model does not have any AMC. Its totally AMC free.
Whereas the offline software do have an AMC ranging from Rs 3000 to Rs 4500 per year.

The AMC charges are subject to change from time to time.

Do you provide online support for web based ERP?

Yes, we do provide online support through Team Viewer or similar software, we also have tutorial Video that give you proper instruction for using the application.
